Keep rocking at the age of nearly 50.

Arian Arifin Wardiman, born in Bandung , August 1st 1974. He is a grandchild of Sindoedarsono Soedjojono, an artist and the first art critic in Indonesia. Arian, also called Arian13,is known as a vocalist , artist, and a businessman.

When he was young, he lived in Boston. His father going to a college in Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After passing 7 years old, Arian moved back to Bandung. Arian starts his first band, Maximum Deaf Impact, at High School as a vocalist and guitarist. After that, he joined Puppen, after his friend, Robin, asked him to join. Their song, Hijau, talked about their rebellion of military authoritarian. Then, Robin and Arian decided to dismiss the band because they feel that they didn’t bring any progress.

After the Puppen dismissed, he tried to make a new one, called Derai. Arian asked his friends to join, but after a while , the other member didn’t feel “comfy” . Then, Arian creates a new one again, with Edy Khemod, Sammy Bramantyo, and Ricky Siahaan. The band called Seringai. Seringai started their noisy and energetic songs in 2002. Their age are not young anymore, but they still keep the metal vibes in Indonesia music scene. They have 4 albums, and some singles have been released. Arian as the frontman on the stage, and also doing some artwork for their albums. Arian is the great artworker, we can see it on the "Seperti Api" album cover.

Arian is also a businessman. He’s running his business at clothing, band merchandise , and a tattoo shop with Sammy in 2009.The shop also selling the Seringai merchandise. In 2011, Arian and Sammy decided to merge their business with Gofar Hilman. Gofar Hilman is a broadcaster at radio, an influencer, and also have a garage custom shop, Pistone. They agreed to merge their business, named Lawless. Now, they have a clothing, tattoo studio, garage custom shop, and the newest one is burger bar.

Their business became bigger, and also the Seringai. These 2 things that make Arian's name became known by people. Seringai recently started their festival after 2 years and 7 month stopped because of pandemic. Their burger bar, still survive because they made their own way to keep it going. As mentioned before, Arian also an artist. He creates artworks, some of them used in Seringai album cover. “Seperti Api” album cover for example. His artwork tells that the songs in that album are really make listener's spirit burnt.

Arian also collects vinyls. As we can see in his interview on SUPERMUSIC's youtube channel, he have so many vinyl. He also seen working on an artwork. A few months earlier, his name sticking out after Gofar told their friend relationship. Gofar was accused of harassment, but this was not proven and the accused actually had schizophrenia. Before Arian knows the truth, he kicked Gofar without much discussion, and then Arian got “bullied” by netizens.

Now Arian still focus doing his job as a vocalist of Seringai and as a businessman. This story tells people to still rocking no matter your age is. It is also tells us that we can earn money from their hobby.
