Coffee is the world's favorite drink, but even so, there are still many facts about coffee that are not known to the global community. Most of you only understand coffee as a type of sleep-killing drink. Not many people understand all the ins and outs of coffee. The efficacy and dangers of coffee are still unclear. Is coffee healthy? Can coffee harm the body?

1. Caffeine will kill you
