Lia Bonita, is a 2020 Bangka Belitung University Management Department Student. Born on August 4, 2002 in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. This girl served as Runner Up 2 Duta GenRe Putri Pangkalpinang in 2019. Lia's mother and father are from Bangka. Activity in the socialization activities of the Genre Management is one of the knowledge that Lia has developed to date. Now she is a 5th semester student majoring in Management. With a tall body and beautiful face, she is also very skilled in Public Speaking, has hosted podcasts and is often a moderator at various seminars or other activities. Lia is also active in various campus organizations such as the Student Press Institute, especially in the Warta Suara section and BEM KM UBB as a Young Staff of the Ministry of Research, Data and Science. Not only on-campus organizations, but off-campus she also managed many organizations, namely as the administrator of the Pangkalpinang City GenRe, Come on Speak Up! and the administrator of PIK-r Kamker. Lia has been in the process since 2021 and until now she is still contributing from that part of the organization. In fact, she was a speaker in the Orientation activity for PMR members of SMPN 3 Pangkalpinang in the form of counseling on the Kapalangmerahan movement at the Intermediate level. As long as she pursues and cultivates the field of socialization in several activities. She is also part of the 2022 service until now at PMR volunteer educators at SD 1 Pangkalpinang and volunteers to save our oceans through social media. There is no doubt about her activeness in this field, especially in her excellent public speaking. Lia's passion for social discussion can be seen from the activities she participates in, as well as her passion for discussing issues of gender equality and women. There are many experiences that can be taken and activities that are not only on campus but also off campus in such a way. At this time, she still contributes to the organizations mentioned above. Now she also serves as Head of the P2SDM Bureau, Secretary of PIK-r Kamker and Marketing Specialist. Don't be afraid to try new things, if we continue to process and don't give up then everything will produce good results. Likewise with Lia who is not familiar with giving up. She also doesn't forget her identity as a 5th semester student. Her busy life is also not a problem for Lia, if she can manage time then all of this will be resolved. As smart as possible to share time in studying and carrying out organizational tasks. When there is a lot of support from close people, it becomes a passion to run new things and do something we enjoy. The achievements and experiences that Lia got did not make her arrogant or feel that she was the greatest, but she always gave the knowledge she got to others and exchanges ideas to add to relationships. Even though she already has a wealth of knowledge that she got from various organizations on and off campus, it is possible for Lia to continue to ask questions and explore what she wants to know in order to add new relationships.
